Why not place links to the REDD and BLUE forums up in the top site bar?

Like this:

I mean, yeah, people from both factions would be able to see the links, but still wouldn't have permission to access the one they aren't in. This would help us navigate to the faction-exclusive discussions on the site more quickly.
