Turtle Beach X12 Mic Broke!

My TB X12 Mic side is broken. I can hear my friends on the other end but i cant speak through the headset. The light is green and everything is plugged in right. Its not the controller, nor the xbox.

Best bet is a severed wire. If you're comfortable with opening the headset up and trying to solder it back together, otherwise if you are still under warrant then send it in. If none of those work, then by a new headset. I've had a few friends whose mic would break and they guessed it was from moving the mic piece over the years.
