Investing/ researching into making FC Mobile or FC App?

Simple enough idea however harder concept to build I'm guessing, however it would make ease of access to this site easier for a lot of members I believe if we could create a Mobile phone site that's more user friendly and or an App people will be able to be more active on the site on the go.

The idea was thought of before. But since creating an app costs money, we decided against it. Instead we have a mobile skin.

Fair enough, I just had the idea when I used the site on my phone. My phone only responds well with apps very hard to handle.

We already do have a mobile skin, but it's not customized. We've looked into customizing it, but not much has come of that quite yet.

An App is much less likely, since that's a real programming endeavor.
