Is this a typo in a user group image?

The image for Gunnery Sergeant appears to say Gunnery Seageant. Zeke pointed this out in the Sedulous Barracks, but OPOC1L1PSE said it's just a R that looks like an A, but the I think R in 'gunnery' looks slightly different. Is this a typo, or is it just the font used?

As you can see, to the right of the "R" in "Gunnery" is a darker region that creates an indent into the right-most stroke of the letter. This provides a stark contrast to the right-most stroke of the definite "A" in "Sergeant". Now if we look at the letter in question, it is evident that there is a bit of a darker region on the right-most stroke. Although it isn't as defined as the darker region of the "R", it is definitely present. Therefore, on the grounds that if the letter were an "A" it would lack any dark region whatsoever, we can only assume that the letter in question is in fact an "R", thereby proving that "Sergeant" was in fact spelt correctly. Despite the fact that it may "look" like a "A", the truth of the matter is that sometimes fonts get just a bit distorted in certain phrases.
