Need help from Hacker!

So my friends Facebook account is hacked and has been for over a year now. They have tried changing the email/password, ending activity, security settings, ran virus scans on their computer, closed apps, removed app restrictions, etc.

Is there anything my friend can do to get the hacker off of their account? They send spam links via Facebook messages (not the messenger app thingy).

Any hackers out there that can clue in and give me some help? Please?

I would get spybot search and destroy it might be a keylog, but if not that you might have to directly contact facebook support

Just contact facebook support. Its the quickest most legal way.
