Cortana coming to windows phone/Windows 8?

Android has google now, apple as siri, and now Microsoft has Cortana. Cortana is only the code name for a new virtual assistant microsot is testing but when it officially launches and if it has Cortanas name and voice I'd jump back on the windows phone bandwagon because I'm that much of a Halo fan. please Cortana tell me I'm awesome.

There nice devices, but have a few issues. Coming from having a mid range windows phone for 2 years then getting an HTC one has been a night a day difference but I really do miss the windows phones. If you even do get one get a Nokia, no reason to buy any other windows phone.
