I, in no way had anything to do with what happened today with the Forum hacking. So before people point their fingers out of paranoia, knowing what Im capable of, fuck off in advance. I already had 4 messages accusing me...

Now here is an explanation to what happened,

To try and scare us as a community into uping our website security, and paying much more money, an organization tied to the forum supplier soft hit us.. It was literally nothing and no damage at all.

To be clear, anyone with a brain didn't suspect you at all. It was plainly obvious who it was, and a simple Google search showed that they publicized it.

The vBulletin patch that fixes the exploit has been available for several days. We didn't upgrade because the forums would've been shut down for a bit. It is now installed and everything is good. All they did was modify the skin (and only a single skin lol).
