a little surprised. i actually support a communist-fascism society more than a communist-anarchy society. I thought i'd be a bit higher up, and maybe a tad farther left.

I will declare this "compass" a failure...

When you are troubled, it's better not to think about it, but to keep busy with more cheerful things.

...

Abstract art that doesn't represent anything shouldn't be considered art at all.

...

Astrology accurately explains many things.
These and so many others have absolutely nothing to do with political and economic perspectives, and instead just skew the results.

Skews it enough that it puts me toward Authoritarian instead of Libertarian economically, when in reality I'm much closer to a Libertarian system.

It's not a perfect compass, few are, just a generalized one.

It's a failure if it doesn't even have valid questions. Seriously, wtf do those have to do with anything? Someone's opinion on art is totally independent of politics and economics.

Additionally, many of the other questions were poorly worded or were unrepresentative of either side. Out of the ~50 or so questions, only 10-15 were actually good, high-quality, well thought out questions. That's be 30%, which is by far failing for any rating system.

Definitely an improvement, but questions 7, 8, 9, 14, 17, and 18 are irrelevant questions that shouldn't be there. And age/gender at the bottom are also irrelevant. I give it a C.

At least it got it right and placed me as a Libertarian. http://puu.sh/5tvcy.png

Think the age and gender questions were for their own info. Most likely to get an idea of how people in age groups think

I've been placed as a right-leaning libertarian, though I'm rather concerned that this determination was made because I disagreed with statements like, "It is regrettable that many personal fortunes are made by people who simply manipulate money and contribute nothing to their society." Does that mean I disagree with how the upper class contributes to the economy, or that I don't find it regrettable? In the end, I guess it's the latter - it's not my personal responsibility to improve the economy when earning my living. But there is such guilt in these statements that it clear to me from what perspective they are written.
