We had a total of 781,000 vCash donated to the armies during the Third Halo 4 War (742,000 in the Second War). 409,000 for BLUE and 372,000 for REDD.

Well, just like in reality War Bonds can be redeemed. The rate for the value you can receive is as follows, straight out of the Rules of Engagement:


•All War Bonds have an initial return value of 50%.
•For every primary battle your army wins, the return value increases by 2%.
•For every primary battle your army loses, the return value decreases by 2%.
•For every auxiliary battle your army wins, the return value increases by 1%.
•For every auxiliary battle your army loses, the return value decreases by 1%.
•For every game your army wins, the return value increases by 0.1%.
•For every game your army loses, the return value decreases by 0.1%.
•If your army wins the war, the return value increases by 10%.
•All redeemed War Bonds will be rounded up to the next 1000 vCash.
•Members who only donate 2000 or less vCash during the war will not be able to redeem their War Bonds

Based on the above return details, REDD has a return value of 1.2%, while BLUE has a return value of 108.8%.
