Leadership:

Each army will have one leader who drafts their army's players and leads them on battle nights. This leader is fully allowed to play, no limitation like FMs in real wars.

Each army is allowed no more than 2, and no less than 1, supporting officer as a fallback to the main leader.


System:

Each army leader will draft off the participants to ensure equality, including both skill and activity. If at any point in time the armies are uneven, leaders reserve the right to transfer people to the army in need. This is for both skill and activity. Do not get attached to an army, this is a side-war, be flexible.


Battles will be Saturdays at 6PM EST starting August 2nd (As not to overlap with Destiny Beta). Battles will consist of two maps played based off the maps leaders attack. Specific battle night system will always be a WIP and be dependent on attendance. In general you can expect to play 2-3 games PER MAP.

If armies are small enough that the battles are contained into one game, best 2 out of 3 will be in order with defending team picking gametype for games 1 and 3. If armies are large enough for multiple teams, game count will increase proportionately and defending team will always pick gametype.


For the entire war, each leader will be given one "ambush" where his army will get gametype pick for all games on the attacked map. Cannot be used on capital battle.


Any FC member in good standing can "enlist" into the Halo 3 wars at any time, so technically registration never ends. However, by enlisting you will be placed into the army that needs you.


Rules:

All FC rules apply. If you break a rule in these wars, your punishment will carry over to the main Halo 4 wars, and vice versa. Be respectful, especially since you'll be playing with people not normally in your army or squad. Zero tolerance.


Capital Battles:

A capital can only be attacked if the following criteria are met.

-The attacking army has a planet adjacent to the enemy capital

AND

-The attacking army has control of 75% of the WARMAP
or
-The war is past week #5 and the attacking army has more than 50% control of the WARMAP.


Capital battles will be similar to main war capital battles, with each gametype being played. Though much of the layout is subject to change, and is dependant on the turnout.


Gametypes and Maps:

Attendance:


Some info: Battles can be affected by attendance and activity.

At any time when one army outnumbers the other, the percentage more members that army has attending will be converted into LoV for a chance to start a map with a free win.

ie. Army A has 8 people show up, Army B has 6 people show up. Army A has 2 extras, 2/6 = 33% more attending. For each map we will use a random number generator, and if the output number is 33 or under, army A auto-wins the first game of that map.


This is to encourage activity and make up for those on the more active army that have to sit. In the cases of number inequality, we will have transfers, so these wont be recurring problems for one army that cripple them.

This will be used for both maps, and since numbers can change from one map to the other, the LoV will be based off the member count going into the next map and counting people who can and will play on that map.



Prize:

-All members of the winning army who attended at least 50% of battles will get their name on a "Winning Armies" list that will hold record of all winning armies for all side-wars (Will include Titanfall war, and will be created soon).

-30,000 vCash distributed proportionately to all members of the winning army based on number of battles attended.
