Ok so i'm due for a new headset, since mine broke awhile back, and possibly a new mouse and keyboard.
At least $60-70 on a new headset and the rest on mouse/keyboard. (as a point of reference my last headset was the Turtlebeach x12)

If you want to use it for multiple things, like an xbox and PC (for streaming and such, I don't really know) try this (http://www.gamestop.com/accessories/universal-px21-headset/75204) one... It's a bit more expensive than what you want, though.

I just did some digging really quickly. Can't really tell you how good they work, but yeah... It's something! =P

Astros are pretty overrated when you don't have the money. I have a Turtle Beach x42 and it'll do me for ages. I've tried a friend's Astros before, and I couldn't really notice any difference between them, apart from the $200 price gap...
