Terrible timing

Dear FC War Council,
I think we can all agree that the last pole on this website should have waited till today? It was terrible timing the majority of the time the pole was up people were asleep. It infuriates me that most of the community didnt even have a chance to vote! Personally I think we should have a re vote at a descent starting time so most of the community can have their voice herd.

The poll wasn't sanctioned by the War Council. The WC has made a decision already.

Okay I'm going to stop you right here on this post. We've already settled this problem before and decided not to speak of this again until after the testing is done. There is no more need for this kind of drama to keep happening over and over again. It's starting to become ridiculous and pointless. Also, remember it's a test and it's not offical.

Oh ho ho my good boy Crazy. It appears you are a little bit upset over recent developments in this community and your emotions are getting the best of you. I would highly suggest you take a day before posting again, that way your posts will not be fueled by emotion. I would rather not see you getting infracted over something you may inevitably say if you keep posting with your current emotions today.

This subforum is used for important announcements. This is not an important announcement, but an inquiry at the War Council. In fact, this sounds like it should have been a PM to the members of WC instead.

I would take Fuzzy's advice and take a leave from the forums. It sounds like you're letting your emotions get the best of you.

First off, I moved this to Open Conversation as this should have never been posted in News and Updates. I'll go fix that issue in a second.

Second, if you really did pay attention to the thread, you will notice that the original poster requested the thread to be closed. As a moderator of the website I followed through. Several posts were close to infractions, so it was better off closing down before it escalated anyways.

Third, since this is continuation of the previous thread I already closed, I am going to close this one as well. If you REALLY have an issue with me closing this thread down, then PM me with valid arguments as to why.

By the way, if you feel I am closing these two threads because of the subject matter, it's not. I'm doing my job as a moderator/administrator and making sure things stay in check. As previously stated, that thread was starting to get out of hand and continuing it within a couple hours of closing is not going to improve the topic matter. I can assure you WC is hearing all this and it is a topic of discussion. Besides, nothing official has been posted yet and it's all just hearsay at this point. Until WC actually puts something out, let's chill out.

That goes for everyone.

If for some reason this subject matter is upsetting you, perhaps you need to take a day or two break from the forums. I would prefer that being done before the moderation team has to start forcing breaks via suspensions. Please keep it civil and chill out people.
