And they're five months old. Generally people on reddit look at new posts. Either way, recruiting needs to occur. So a multiple front approach is best.

Not even close to frequent. KSI posts almost monthly about recruiting to that subreddit.

And as said before, both recruiting posts were posted to separate subreddits 6 months apart. I really don't see any fault here.
