Help my 360 isn't working!

So ever since I have acquired an xbox one, my xbox 360 doesn't want to connect to Xbox live.


It's saying its an IP Address error, as it has trouble getting on to my Network. I'm using a Ethernet cable to connect the console to my Router.

Have you guys had a similar problem or can help me out with mine

Is your router's DHCP set up? If not, your console may not be getting an IP. Check to ensure that your Ethernet cables are plugged in properly. If that fails, disconnect the console and clear the local cache on the 360. Also, resetting your network settings on the console may help. If any of the provided suggestions do not fix the problem, contact Xbox Support.

Thanks, but I just got some help from a friend that came to visit, so I can get on live now.

Can't download battlestations pacific though, maybe cause other people are downloading it
