Here are the monthly recruitment leaderboards, maintained by silversleek. Here you'll be able to see the number of people recruited by each person, with the top 3 being the "Golden Recruiters". The current displayed month is February 2017
In order for you to qualify as "gaining a recruit" for this purpose, they must list you as their reference, and they must make their enlistment post During the month. Outside of any special events, there will be no reward for reaching the top of the leaderboard other then prestige and bragging rights.
Added rule later, returning members won't be counted towards this.
