Skill difference has been a major issue since I joined and personally I've sought to get better since I joined (it was part of the reason I joined, because the skill level here is above average). So, in an effort to improve, I'd like to start hosting practice days every tuesday and thursday at 7 p.m. est. The aim is to diagnose any skills that need improving and improving them.

If you are really serious about improving, give me a film or two of yours and I'll go over it on stream; preferably arena game play. I'll point a few things out that you can improve on and how to do so.

As much as I don't want to inflate his ego, this actually can help you. Granted it does not help your shot, but just paying attention to the strategy being implemented can go a long way.

Really watching how other people play and absorbing their play style, is how I got good at halo. To me it was an effective way to get my individual skill up, but there are many avenues to increasing your skill set. Now I just play with keyboard and mouse because its just easier to be decent.
