Something a bit different

I want to try something new. Seeing as we always seem to have trouble getting some of the newer guys into the battles on time, and since we have so many members that we may need this is the future. I would like to use this thread to ask permission to have a completely new group of people who do not need to attend battle nights and have them as backups for any squad missing players, these players will have meetings, train etc. just like any other squad... Construction delayed until given full permission.

I tried it in REDD, it never worked. All it does is make things more frustrating.

What you would want to do however is have individual squad reserves. Those players can be cycled in on Sunday's, and if the squad isn't to full power then they fill in.

I don't like it because it prevents some people from being able to participate.

However, the issue is being considered for next war.

its the reserves buoy I have this set up already for our platoon... if FC would look at my roster once and a while...

I'm not saying we get rid of the reserves, I'm saying we get a few people from reserves+ some other people who do not usually participate in battles and bring them together as one group.

That would help if you took all the in active people and made a squad, but we might need to make a company

or kick the ones we never see in battle and put the rest in reserves or just keep them i one unit
