Not sure what to do

I was kicked out of redd by some leader that seems to be very "hostile", even though I am not sure what for. I was wondering how I should go about this situation. It seems as though he just didn't want to work with me and the squad I was in, it was like he just wanted me kicked out for no apparent reason, I've never even talked to this person on XBL, really weird.

Grow up, listen to the Forernners and their wanrings, stop causing drama, learn you're not in charge. As said in the messages sent to you, the discussion was finalized tonight on XBL between both REDD and BLUE High Commands with Mythonian and Raz present.

Consider this the nice option, the other was perma-ban.
