Very cool within the next decade we will see the rise of cloud based gaming and our graphics increase to almost life like detail.

I don't think we will see this technology in a game for at-least a few years.

I wonder, since there made up of atoms, if they can be destroyed on a much smaller scale. Micro-destruction for the win!!

I can tell you this..... game developers are going to hate this.... they already have so much detail they have to put into a game and it takes them day upon days to make one model.... where game artist used to just have to make a fat 2d plumber that only has 3 colors.

True. But Good Graphics can equal better gameplay. Just because they might be able to get a lot better graphics doesn't mean the games are going to have shitty gameplay.

they explain in the video that they have developed a way to transfer the normal polygon design from programs they use for game design now, into this graphics engine that they show off.

because of how amazing this is, i can see this company asking a ridiculous price to whoever wants to buy it and in turn no company actually buys the technology.

even if it is "voxels" they managed to make it run and look nicer than any of the video's he posted about the subject. i guess we will just have to wait and see if this is the real deal or not=s

also there is not enough information to exactly know what is going on in the video, he might be right but he could be very wrong.
