i believe that we should be allowed to give our vcash to anybody (like i tried to give to my friend puba). if somebody runs out of vcash shouldn't a friend be allowed to give them some?

accoring to the forerunner i talked to it isn't. thats why i want this to be done cause my friend puba gave up all his Vcash before i explained to him what could be done with it.

Also, cna you check the form sig guidelines, yours is looking a bit large...
