Having a problem here boys, I'm being denied access to Major Grade 1, says I've reached max credit limit, I play games and get 0 credits, any one know what's going on here?

I hit it yesterday, it resets at 3 am est, It makes sense and I have few problems problems with it but they could have given us some info and they could also make it so any commendation credits get carried over
