1: Pure Ground Cinnimon
2: Swallow 1 TBS of the cinnimon without drinking anything
3: You can NOT cough, vomit or spit out any of the cinnimon
4: You have to eat all of the cinnimon 1 bite

Hey guys, so yeah... i took the challenge... and ummmm, i beat it.

People say its impossible, but it really isnt hard, you just have to fight through it all.

Next you should take the Quad Shot challenge: Fill up a Quad shot glass (4 shots in 1/8 Oz.) of any hard liquor and chug it without stopping. I recommend tequila if you really want to feel it later.

i tried it last night 3 times and barely faild... i ate all of the crackers, but i had to swallow (giggidy) a giant chunk in like 3 seconds for me to beat it... i might try again tonight as well...

i still taste cinnimon from last night lol... i think if i fart a dust cloud will come out haha

I did the actually more than required in the cinnamon challenge (1.5 TBS) in Highschool for $20 buck bet, the quarters I used to by the pop to wash down the taste after that was the sweetest pop I ever had..... :)

Anyone that does it, I advise that you basically slam it back, like a shot, because otherwise your mouth will be too dry to take the rest without coughing.

Sidenote: it basically makes your breath smell awesome for about a month lol
