How often is this game moderated by the game producers? I may torrent it, but if it's too watched I won't; I will just buy it. If I get it I would love to play with you guys, this is PC right?

PC, yes. High level of activity for both users and moderators. Torrent won't work for multiplayer because you won't show up on the servers, my other friend tried it. Updated frequently with tons of mods.
