So I really want to build a PC.
My budget is $600 - $800.
I want it to play RTS's like Star Craft II the newest AoEs.
As well as Civ 5.
So any suggestions?

Best bet is to search on google how to build a PC.
Some tips, make sure everything is compatible with each other (general knowledge, I know) and make sure you buy a big enough case to house everything. You don't have to go all out and buy a gaming case, there's no need to go overboard in that department.
Make sure you buy a power supply with the required wattage. IF your PC is going to use 650W of power, go for 700W just in case. Buying a 900W power supply in this case is pointless and waste of money. Your PC will only use the required power it needs, nothing more, having 300 extra watts won't make your PC run "faster."
Remember that your motherboard is the meat of your PC, keep in mind that everything you buy will be connected to your motherboard.
Read reviews and really pay attention into what your buying, do your research. If your not sure in the quality of a processor, do a simple google search and look around.
And as Acid said, newegg is your best friend.
If your in need of a power supply, I recommend this one:

I recently bought it and it works well, and it is extremely quiet. It is a gaming type of power supply with plenty of SATA connections. The cables are good quality as well.

You can find some PCs dirt cheap on Craig's list. I've got a quad core, 4GB RAM, with a dedicated GPU and a widescreen monitor all for $350 (not to mention it had office preloaded on it, and other things came with it).
