Not my best work, but didn't have much time to work on it :/

And the whole "keep the whole picture" is next to impossible, for me at least. If you do that you will have to adjust the canvas size and even then, you would have conflicting focal points going on. Seeing how the grenade was the most important part of the picture, that is the focal point.
