[Sorry . . . I had completely forgotten this thread . . . and I will most likely forget it again, but the most recent Bulletin has some cool info on it, so I'm going to revive this thread.]

So, I figured . . . that instead of posting this on the 20th page of the other threat I'd create a new one and edit it continuously as I see bulletins come up.

I'm not going to go back and find all the previous bulletins but you can feel free to find them yourself after your on the site.
