As the title says. I kind of want to get into one, but I don't know of any good free ones. So any recommendations?

There are none. I have tried a million of them and really you are better off with Diablo 3 or buying a MMO RPG with no monthly fees such as Guild Wars 2

I enjoyed Allods Online a lot.

Yea complete F2P MMORPGs are quite bad. I actually don't recall the last time I played a F2P MMO. Like Blackhawk said, your best bet to get a game without monthly payemnts. Guild Wars is really fun and Guild Wars 2 is looking amazing. Diablo 3 isn't exactly an MMO, but it does sit in the RPG realm. Besides these the only other thing I can say is to look into in private servers. How ever, these are typically buggy. I actually used to play Ragnarok Online on a private server quite a bit. It's an option however be weary as if you play the live version of the game as well, you will violate the ToS and get banned on your live game (WoW I'm looking at you).

I know you asked for free, but I've been completely satisfied playing SWTOR since its release. Fifteen a month isn't that bad, in retrospect.

But, I'm not a major MMO player, so my opinion might not be the most informed. From a gamer perspective, it's great, but from MMO players, I've heard they prefer other stuff. I don't get into high fantasy like others, so Star Wars works for me.

STO (Star Trek Online) is pretty good and Redleader what server are you on for SWTOR?

Mabinogi, I listed it; wouldn't recommend playing it. It was good, it has gone down hill since generation 9 (major update).

I'm playing primarily on Jedi Covenant. I rerolled a character after my server went dead, but I'll transfer that character to Jedi Covenant after 1.3 update.

Redleader, I'm just saying, you should make an alt on The Ebon Hawk.

Oh, and also, just play Runescape if you're going to go through the horrors of F2P's =P

I heard from Kotaku that Star Wars the Old republic may be going Free to Play. In fact here is the source:

Oh god, I spent so much time on Runescape as a kid! XD

In my opinion though, that game has gone down-hill. Plus I'm looking for a more fantasy MMORPG. What I think I'll do is save up and get Diablo 3, and then see how Guild Wars 2 is.

But if anyone has a started pass for Diablo 3 that they could give me that would be awesome! Because it'll be awhile before I get any new game.

DFO? Dungeon Fighter Online. It was fun, but got repetitive, but which MMO doesn't?
