I would personally advise Mededust, no offense to the other graphics artists on the site, but I have experienced his work most, not to mention he is generally pretty fast about his work as long as it isn't overly complex.

RaZ did my signaure, and I thank him every chance I can for it because I love it to death, but he is currently occupied wth life, so waiting for him to get you your signature would be a longer wait.

If you want a signature done, usually you have to:

A) Post in a specific graphic artists subforum asking them personally.
B) Have a rendered image for them to work with.
