I just watched some older Halo videos, I want to see Lord Hood in H4. He was such a good 'Commander' character and his voice actor was an epic choice. Him and the Shipmaster, Rtas 'Vadum.

Hood won't return, if anyone will come into play will be Parangosky or Osman.
