I'll be getting Halo 4 today or tomorrow, but from what you guys have played, what do you think? You can give a rating out of 10, or a detailed review. But make sure not to post spoilers. I recommend posting NOTHING about campaign. You can rate it, but don't talk about it. I look forward to playing with all of you :)

Personally, I'll be picking it up after my Lab, around 5ish or so. SO EXCITED. Literally can't stop shaking haha. It's been 5 years since Halo 3! Seems like forever ago. Just hope servers are back up when I get back!

Let me just say this, Halo 4 is Halo, perfected.

This game from the Campaign, Spartan Ops, to War Games.... is fucking perfect.

War Games:

Dominion: This gametype is what Halo was made for, it's very team based and very very fun. Between vehicle spawns, weapon drops, and base defense systems the gameplay never gets old. All of the maps are beautifully designed and flow very well.

The weapons. The weapons are spot on! Say goodbye to one over powered whore weapon aka Reach's DMR or Halo 3's BR. The AR, DMR, and BR are very evenly matched given situations.

This is the Halo that Bungie should have made years ago! 10/10 It's fucking gorgeous.

Okay, I have a problem here. Maybe it's a hardware problem, but anyway. The graphics I'm gettings dont seem to be as "gorgeous" as every everyone says they are. There isn't much detail on the textures or geometry. The MC looks good and so does Cortana, but everything else looks like it's without detail.

The game plays great and I'm enjoying my play through campaign, but there has to be a problem with my disk or display settings, right?

I've only played War Games so far, but I'm really liking it. IMO, it feels much more like H3 than Reach.

The mulitplayer flows better the reach. It plays better and its not worthless. :D

Multiplayer is a MASSIVE improvement over Reach.

Pistol isn't OP like in H:CE, but it isn't shit like in H2.

Loadouts and classes are definitely working.

Bloom is there, but it isn't so bad that it's impossible to kill someone. Because of this, the AR is a beastly weapon now. Damage like in H3 with the control of H:R.

Power weapons don't spawn as often and when they do, they have limited ammo. No normal weapons littered about so when you run out of ammo you have to explore other options.

The multiplayer is superior to every multiplayer I've ever played. It's just really fun.

Campaign was pretty good. I could tell they were trying to stay true to previous Halo games when it comes to combat scenarios, and they did a good job. I will say though, I ran into some glitches that didn't let missions progress. I had to restart the mission from the beginning, but it only happened twice.

Multiplayer is epic. Vehicles no longer make you feel like a god, which is nice. There are a lot of different perks you can play with that can really foster your unique gameplay style.

Overall it's a great game that I will personally put a crap ton of hours into.

My biggest complaint is that you have to unlock emblems. But other than that most of it is awesome.

Amazing game over all, met my expectations all the way (which isint that hard) LOL the multiplayer is H3 on steroids with a dash of Reach crack. It plays really well, and I love it the BR is the superior weapon but the DMR is coming in close on the "what weapon to use when you pop in the disk" thought.
