Nope :/ The closest we can get is the UNSC eagle logo, although we don't know yet how to unlock it:

My Champion (Star) emblem is not back...I've had that emblem since 2004....I never changed it...and now its gone...the closest thing I have to it is the PRIME emblem, but it's not the same =(

Not the UNSC Eagle. That is the Spartan Eagle, first assigned to the Spartan-IIs and then adopted into the Spartan program of current date. This was listed in the book Fall Of Reach.
