Companies don't just go bankrupt and "die", they get cut up and sold (usually). That being said, I'm nearly 100% sure there's a competitor out there who would buy the Twinkie brand considering how popular it is. Hostess went bankrupt because they had a terrible, top-heavy business model, not because twinkies don't sell.

We shall have plenty of them for the zombie apocalypse.
