Trouble Downloading Crimson Map Pack?

Hey everyone. I am a Limited Edition user, and put in all the codes I received on release day. I was promised, like many others that I would be able to obtain this map pack for free.

I did some research, and saw others had the same issue. I guess no one has any idea on when the problem will be resolved?

They wouldn't make you pay for it, and I don't have LE and I can not download it either.
