Make Creative Writing and its child forums independent from General Discussion

There has been some activity in the Creative Writing forum inside the GD forum, but since General Discussion is a frequent occurrence, it may be hard to tell when new posts are made in things like RP threads.

Maybe Creative Writing should be moved outside to the main forum lineup?
