Favorite Music with Halo?

I know we all like to jam out to some form of music while playing Halo (unless I'm weird), so what is your favorite kind of music to listen to?

Mine would have to be modern rock. Bands like Breaking Benjamin, Rise Against, and Three Days Grace. Nothing like playing Halo when Blow me Away comes on.

Mine probably fall into that same category. Stuff like Papa Roach or Thousand Foot Krutch. Occasionally I'll busy out some like Pretty Lights or somethin'.

It's odd cause in general I listen to a ton of "indie" music. So when I'm on Halo I'm all about rock haha.

I usually just pop on Shuffle and see what comes on, and skip if I'm not feelin' it. It's pretty interesting going from the Beatles to murdering people to Beethoven.

QUEEN, 2Pac, AC/DC, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Frank Sinatra, Marty O'Donnell (obviously), Elvis, Dio, Elton John, and Beach Boys are normally what get me into full focus when playing video games. Hate everything about today's rock and metal. They can't get me pumped up for shit, plus they all suck anyway. It's all about pre-1990 (with the exception of Dragonforce, which is pretty good at some times).

Well lately I have been into Celldweller, Blue Stahili, and Icon for Hire. But I tend to switch it up. Nothing more hilarious than playing Dominion while listening to Hollywood Undead - "My Town"

I'm all over the place when it comes to music while i play games. I listen to bands like a day to remember, the devil wears prada, senses fail..but then stuff like angels and airwaves or taking back sunday or imagine dragons will come on. Also cant forget about rap/hip-hop. That's a big chunk of my itunes. All depends on what kind of mood i'm in at the time and what shuffle throws at me. Call me mainstream if you want but we like what we like i guess

Probably my favorite bands are Rise Against, A Day to Remember, Fallout Boy, Panic! At the Disco, Blink 182, Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down, and Sum 41.

The genre I listen is anyone from Classic Rock, Metal, Pop, Alternative, Indie Rock, Punk, Pop Punk, Rap (oldschool), Soft Rock, Dubstep, and Drum N Bass.

It all depends on the Gametype I am playing. If it is Dominion then you cant go wrong with Hollywood Undead - Mytown. If Playing Flood then I enjoy listening to Gorillaz - 19/2000(soulchild mix) the thruster pack of the Flood fits the song perfectly.

But for general play I like Blue Stahli and Celldweller at the moment.
