Officers are to run formal Boot Camps...not a Lance Corporal. A High Command member was present during your fuck-up yesterday. It would appear you're in need of a crash course on how things really work. We play by the rules here in the R.E.D.D., as opposed to the sloppy operations; you think you run. People that do not complete a boot camp do not pass. If they do not pass, they do not get their names added to the Boot Camp Logs. I would advise you to get proper training on how boot camps are run. HC can help you with that.
