No its not if you go offline and go into a coustom game press Switch granade, click the right stick, down on the d pad and reload hold them at the same time and you will lower ur weapon

the only thing to lower your gun is by running

I would but I have no HDPVR and I wouldnt do it on XBL Because you need to be able to lower you weapon

But u know it would be cool to do that
