Forerunner Conflict is something called a Warsim. We simulate wars on Halo games. We started back in 2006 with Halo 2, continued into Halo 3, Reach, and then Halo 4, and are now in MCC.
Forerunner Conflict is not a "clan." We are a community. We are a group of gamers who have the same goal: having fun playing a game we love in an organized, professional, and respectable manner. We were one of the first War Simulation groups, and are currently one of the largest, most active, and most dedicated warsims for the Halo games.
Below is more information about FC, what we do, and how we do it. Feel free to use the forums to ask any questions or message someone via PMs on the site, XBL, or even Skype. Some information is intentionally left out of this FAQ, as they can be found in the FC Accords (click).
The community was founded on June 14, 2006, by a group of about eight gamers and friends who had a common goal: to create a unique community centered around a war simulation set in the Halo universe. Since that day, we've changed from Halo 2 to Halo 3, Reach, Halo 4, and now MCC. Throughout the years we've changed names several times, as detailed below:
As we continue to look forward to the future, we will continue to look back as well at our history and how far we've come. We've compiled a timeline of every major event during the years, chronicling each war, the results, leadership changes, and community changes during those time periods. The Timeline is currently out of date and only goes until late 2012, but will be updated in the near future.
