Forerunner Conflict does not partake in "Clan-Battles" of any sort.
We are a War Simulation. That means that we simulate wars between our two factions, REDD and BLUE.
Each war features varied maps, layouts, designs, rules, and themes. No two wars are the same.
As the factions scramble to compete against each other, Battles are held each week, where the members are pitted against each other in order to capture or defend their territories.
Eventually, the stalemate breaks and one army manages to take the majority of the maps. Over time, they will advance toward the opponent's Capital map. Once there, a Capital Battle ensues.
If the attackers capture the Capital, they are declared victorious in the war. All members of the victorious army are awarded a Victory Ribbon.
Following each war, a period of Peacetime is given for the armies to balance, reorganize, and prepare for the upcoming war.
Heading the entire community is the War Council. It is a group of about 5-7 members who are in charge of leading the community, managing the wars, and preparing improvements for the community.
The War Council is made up of the Field Marshals from each army, the neutral Forerunners, who act as a bridge between the armies, and any Founders of the community. Current members of the War Council include:
Additionally, there are numerous members and positions which provide input and advice to the War Council to ensure every decision is effective and appropriate. Current advisers to the War Council include:
In the tier just below the War Council lies the High Command and Global Moderators, who are charged with focusing on a specific aspect of the community and assist enforcing the decisions of the War Council. Additionally, they may provide additional advisement to the members of the War Council.
Each army is led by a High Command which works under the Field Marshal and General. The Lieutenant General, Major General, and Brigadier General concentrate on ensuring that the army runs smoothly and focus on improving their army.
The Global Moderators work to ensure the forums and its members comply with all rules and regulations while on the website. They have access to nearly all areas of the forums and may provide assistance or recommendations in various circumstances, as well as issue infractions and initiate bans and suspensions.
