New Avatar and Signature

Having just retired from Blue Army, and after having spent most of my career in REDD, I really need a neutral sig and avatar.


Since I'm the War Director, let's try to keep it sophisticated looking. I need a new sig and avatar, preferably with the color green themed. Let's keep it centered around Phoenixes too, since it'll be about my name.
