I like in H3: ODST when their pelican gets downed and they're defending the crash site and face a brute chieftain.
Dropping onto Delta Halo in an ODST drop pod was the shit

343 Guilty Spark, creeping through the swamp. Your radar going bonkers and seeing anomalies. Then to have your investigation turn into nightmare fueled terror. Such an awesome intro to the flood. A close second would be the end of Halo 4 when Cortana meets her demise. A very sad, yet beautiful moment between man and machine. Intro cut scene to Silent Cartographer is sick too.
Always loved that cutscene from halo wars with forge vs the arbiter and the spartans vs the elite honour guard team.

Cinematically, my favorite part is the end of Halo 3 when they launch into the Forward Unto Dawn's hangar and he's climbing up as the vehicles are being sucked out. Then he lifts himself up with the console and looks at Cortana. Also, the after credits scene where he goes into stasis.
