any good free games for pc?

i have an xbox 360 controller adapter that i got for:tank: halo 1 and a game that i love<3 called s4 league.
i want atleast two more awesome games to play.
nothing too old please and nothing too laggy.
i prefer shooting and fighting games, but im generally open to all types of games except racing or sports.

Talk to Myth, he tends to find alot of them.

Planetside 2 is awesome and free on steam.
