Problem with Steam

Alright so this happens for both TF2 and CS:S so it's not pinpointed to a single game, and it happens both at College and at home so it's not the connection persay. I'll start up a game and join a server. I start playing for about 30 seconds and everythings fine, then all the sudden I get the Connection Interrupted thing where you get 25 seconds before you're auto-disconnected. Then after that, ANY server I try to join will give me the "Connection Failed after 4 Retries" error. If I leave the game and the reboot it I can rejoin a server, but then the same thing happens again.

I've tried limiting my firewall, didn't help. I have no idea what to do or what's even wrong. Can anyone help?

I had this happen to me, but it was because something was draining all the connection, so I can't really help. :(
