Image Help/Request

So I have an image that I want to just improve on, problem is I suck at Photoshop and would like just a bit of help

Focusing on the image inside the white, I basically want it kinda similar to how this looks

Kinda in the same style more or less, and if you want to add anything that would look good or better then that's all up to you.

If i can get my laptop maybe tomorrow i can help you out, that's if somebody else doesn't want to do it, I'd be glad to.
