How do I get VCash? Is the only way through the VBookie system? I want to buy a war bond, but I need 500 more VCash.

I know that is the form to submit stuff for more VCash, but what do I do to be able to submit the form. What do those things mean that I select to earn VCash.

There are a variety of ways to earn vCash. That allows people to apply for it based on the things they've done. For example, if you've recruited members you can get vCash for that.

i've recruited close to 30 people, i helped with the statbook last war, helped with the WarMap for this war...

Or you could ask a friend to just give you some vcash? Of course thats not very preductive is it. . .
