Maybe we have freedom of speech, but in North Korea, saying anything bad about the Government lands you in a concentration camp where you and future generations of your children will live and die.

Our constitutional laws have no bearing in North Korea, we can make fun of them over here, but when they got hacked it became personal. You don't want to make the temperamental kid angry, because you know at some point he's going to explode, and I don't think the North cares about what would happen to them and the world if they launched any strike at all, which is scary.
