      Jamie, lol. Lore states that the UNSC divided thus creating the basic roots of both the Imperials and the Brotherhood. Remember, BLUE is considered to the be the terrorists in this universe (terrorizing a group of people by using fear/brute force). Oni had a pretty big part in the entire UNSC split though...
