I upload it to Podomatic, which in turn automatically updates our iTunes Podcast library, the player I embed and our Podomatic page. The YouTube one I do separately, but because it's a video and I have to make an alternative version of the show that contains no copyrighted material.
That being said though, if you have an alternative service let me know. I'll see how it compares to what I have
