Universal Recruiting Template

I feel that each time I send out messages to recent players I don't get the number of replies I could.

Does anyone have any recruiting methods that work 'very' well. I just need some form of template explaining FC in the way we want it to be portrayed and what information I should include.

Out of the 40 messages I send when I fill my recent players I get around 6/7/8 responses saying yes, about 4 saying no and the rest are no replies. Is there anyway of turning the people saying yes from 6/7/8 to 14/15?

Normally I just say

"Hey, you played pretty well last game. I'm part of a Halo war-sim community etc..."


I feel it'd be beneficial for us to all have a template which we all follow and which has proven results, due to the number of people playing Halo and joining FC, I feel this is the time to bring this up.

Hey, good game! Was wondering if youd be interested in REDD. We are a Faction in the War Simulation Forerunner Conflict. Every Sunday we fight the BLUE for control over Halo 4 Maps. After bootcamp you'll be placed into a Platoon you'd fight alongside.

You should make it an area in the enlistment office. Gives everyone something to look at
