      Getting back to the topic at hand...

      Barry, ideas like yours will be paramount coming into the next year for FC. We will need to be recruiting and retaining members, and growing healthy Squads under well-guided leaders. Some people are saying your suggestion is misplaced, or that there are things we do already, but there are times where stray from well-orchestrated Squad growth. Don't lose hope in making these things possible.
